Treating Your Acne for a Smoother Skin: A Quick Guide

Large pores are a major cause of acne breakouts. While most of us suffer from a few acne breakouts a year, the average adult will have thousands of breakouts during their lives. Even though we deal with acne a lot of the time, some of us just don’t get it until it’s too late.

There are two things that affect the health of our sebaceous glands. The first is hormonal changes. We become more active, shed our skin more, and get sick a lot of the time. The second is the oil glands.

Most women have oils on their faces. We used to have to wear hats to protect our heads from the sun, but not anymore. We even have facial cleansers and moisturizers for that purpose. But, these products make the problem worse. They dry out the skin.

Many people don’t even realize that they have large pores until they are dealing with severe acne. If you are noticing that you have noticeable pores, don’t despair. Pores are very common and we are all suffering from them in one way or another.

There are many natural remedies that can be used for treating acne. The two basic ingredients are tea tree oil and salt.

Acne has many causes. Stress, hormones, bacteria, hormones, oily skin, and excessive oil production are just a few of the factors. These are the big ones, but there are also many smaller contributing factors.

You can use tea tree oil to treat acne by using it directly on the affected area. It comes in a gel-type form and can be rubbed into the affected area.

It should be applied several times a day and left in the liquid form for several hours. The tea tree oil should not be used after dark, as the oils will evaporate. Salicylic acid can also be used directly on the skin if you would like to reduce the amount of oil production.

You can also try using salt to treat your acne. Just rub the salt into the affected area. It’s that easy. Do not use the salt if you are pregnant or nursing.

Another great way to treat your acne is to take a warm bath. This is a great way to clear up the oil on your skin. Warm water is an effective cleaning agent and can help prevent your pores from becoming clogged.

If you have large pores, consider all the great treatments out there. Do some research and use all the natural treatments that will work for you.
