Increase Fiber. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables, especially fruits with lots of fiber. Because the natural fiber in fruits and vegetables helps your digestive system break down and absorb nutrients better, fiber provides many of the benefits that regular food does but without the calories.

Combine fruits. A well-rounded diet of fruits and vegetables includes everything from apples to kale and offers little if any deficiency. You should be eating about four servings of fruit and vegetable each day to get all the nutrients. By mixing different fruits and vegetables, you can have more variety and find your favorites.

Not Just Juices. Instead of just adding juice to meals, make sure you include other fruits and vegetables in your meals and snacks. It is a simple way to ensure you get the best possible nutrients from your food.

Drink Juices often. That’s the key to juicing successfully, and to keeping the diet on track. Make sure you drink your juices throughout the day instead of just before bedtime, as it is still beneficial after you have gone to sleep. Add some spices. If you do not like the taste of raw fruits and vegetables, add spices to your mix.

Adding Vegetables into your Juices also works. Both beans and grains can add nutrition to your juicer, for example. The oils from the grains and beans add additional fiber and nutrients to your drink, while the oils from the beans provide your body with antioxidants.

Sweeten your Juice and Vegetables. Try using assorted flavored juices or fruit juice concentrates to change the flavor of your foods and drinks.
