Here’s a Quick Way to Learn the Different Uses of Apple Cider Vinegar

So what can you do with apple cider vinegar? What are the many uses for this miraculous mixture of acids, salts, and enzymes?

One of the most common uses is to clean with it. Of course, vinegar is acidic, so it’s not the ideal cleaning agent to use on certain surfaces, but a mixture of one part vinegar with three parts water is just about perfect.

Use it to clean your wine cellar. Pour one part vinegar into two parts warm water and then fill the wine bottle to the top with hot tap water. The vinegar will act as a cleaner and get the stains out.

Dab it onto carpets to make them sparkle with the use of natural ingredients that are made from coal and lard. Apple cider vinegar is also a good base for detergent, so you can apply it to floors, furniture, and upholstery. It will leave a natural protective coating on your clothing. The most important thing to note is that you should never allow this mixture to touch the leather itself as it is too strong to be used directly on leather.

You can also use apple cider vinegar as a skin cleanser or home remedy for acne. Just add half a cup of vinegar to a cup of water and use it as a pore clogged.

By combining apple cider vinegar with olive oil and sea salt, you can make a very good deodorant. Just mix the oil and vinegar in a spray bottle. You can make a paste out of the mixture for applying to your armpits.

Put a teaspoonful of it into a dish of crushed garlic and add in enough lime juice to cover it. Top with olive oil and then sprinkle with salt. Sprinkle the dish with cinnamon for an added kick.

Add a tablespoon of baking soda to a large pan filled with water and boil it until the water begins to bubble. Remove from the heat and pour it into a pitcher.

Combine three-quarters of a cup of white vinegar with a quarter cup of salt and half a cup of lemon juice. The salt helps to neutralize the acidity of the apple cider vinegar and the lemon juice helps the alcohol from the vinegar to break down the remaining liquid. Pour the mixture into a plastic tub and leave it overnight.

Instead of using vinegar to scrub the body, you can combine one part vinegar with three parts water and use it to scrub the skin. To remove the surface dirt, simply wash the skin with soap and water and dry.

For a quick cleanse of the body’s skin and eyes, combine one part vinegar to two parts of water and drink. Just a drop or two should do the trick.
